From T-Groups to Six Sigma
The Subversion of Personal Development & Leadership Training

Millions flock to group trainings and leadership programs to improve their personal lives and business acumen – to increase their personal power, adaptation, and effectiveness in the world at large. Such protocols have a long history, rooted in the dark soil of programs developed through Tavistock Institute, and spread via the T-groups of Kurt Lewin through MIT and mainstreamed through academia and the corporate world through the University of Michigan. Such programs created what were once called “change agents”, then “transformation agents”, and now “subject-matter experts” who seed large groups with process-oriented change. They are presented as necessary reforms within bureaucracies to keep pace with the times. But they function as directional drivers of cultural change. Such notions arose and were spread by thinktanks funded by large Foundations. Thus, ideas mediated and facilitated the consolidation of power in the hands of the few in the name of social reform. Such “sensitivity training” formed the basis of Gestalt, EST and Esalen-type therapies that are the foundation of the Human Potential Movement, personality psychology, and transpersonal therapies. Naturally, they produced personal value for many, but the process also has a naked underbelly that can be seen in its shadowy effect on our consciousness and culture today. This protracted revolution can be seen in the so-called “Aquarian Conspiracy” of the new age to the halls of the Pentagon. “Effects”, rather than alleged “intent”, is a way to focus on the meaning and practical results of such training, and who it serves. The bottom line is that what is transformed is the paradigm, zeitgeist or worldview of the general population. It dominates business and how the world is controlled with psystrat. No one can resist what they cannot detect. The result is a metaphorical “fracking” of your brain.

Before anyone leaps to meme-like conclusions about 'Reptilians', Anunnaki, Pharaohs, Merovingians, Templars, Gnostics, Illuminati, Pendragons, Desposyni, Cathars, Vikings, ancient aliens, holy blood, grail lines, Davidic descent, god-kings, or "Luciferian consciousness", they might do well to find out if they themselves carry such remnants in their own genes. They may be strangling in their own roots.
This author has traced her own bloodline back to Sumeria, and is an Advisor to DNA Decipher Journal, so speaks from some experience. Genealogy has become the world's biggest hobby, second only to the subject of sex online. The Underground Stream has spawned many underground scenes. Better Living through Chemistry?
As Robert Frost says, the woods are “lovely, dark and deep”, but they hide a deadly secret, rarely known to their inhabitants, much less those who admire their lifestyle.
How much exposure to agents which are toxic in parts-per-million is too much? The answer is, "Any". But pesticides and estrogenic herbicides, the chemical cousins of the notorious Agent Orange, are routinely used in forest management and to spray ditches and roadsides. But whose growth is really being suppressed? Our naturalist aesthetic is the victim of toxic defoliants designed to bend nature to our will. But there are catastrophic consequences to such unsustainable actions, counted in human and environmental degradation.
Dioxin-laden Agent Orange was a 50:50 mixture of 2,4,5-T and 2,4-D manufactured for the U.S. Department of Defense primarily by Monsanto Corporation and Dow. When the Vietnam War failed, systemic toxic agents were turned on the homeland, secretly decimating the American countryside. The stated goal was to accelerate the log rotation cycle by about one third to one-half with clear-cutting and defoliant-assisted tree farm planting. Opponents of such forest management consider these practices a “manufactured reality”, largely benefitting the chemical producers at all costs, including collateral human damage.

Whitewashed Black Leader: Big questions remain that haunt our nation. Issues from the 1960’s will not die, despite the fact that the icons of the “Triple K Assassinations” have been gone for decades. The deaths of John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King were tragic milestones. We still grieve, are confused, depressed and angry. The national wounds inflicted on the body politic by assassinations refuse to heal because we have been given band aid remedies instead of digging down to root out the infection that contaminates the American government. The MLK files remain sealed, not scheduled for declassification until 2028. James Earl Ray, a drifter and ex-convict, shot and killed the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a single bullet at the Lorraine Motel on an April evening in 1968. That is the official story and the reason Ray spent his last three decades in prison. Everybody knows it. But not everyone accepts the “lone gunman” theory. Almost as soon as Dr. King was cut down — and more after Ray recanted his guilty plea — conspiracy theories proliferated.

How can we regain control of our own behavioral choices rather than feeding the Pavlovian system of forced choices, called ‘channeling’? Part of the answer is to bother to educate yourself: “Just Say Know.” Know what game is being played on you and the rules of engagement. The name of the game is Power and Control -- how to take it and your resources from you. Social power is the ability to manipulate others. This is why personal empowerment has become such an issue in our society. We feel we have so little. That fosters self-blame, guilt and erodes self-esteem as well as the will to fight back or stick up for yourself. You are classified by the Controllers as Compliant, Passive Resistant, Active Resistant (Activist), Assaultive (Radical), or Lethal (Terrorist). Make no mistake, a very intentional War for Your Mind is being waged on all fronts: social, political, financial, and spiritual. Rules of Engagement (ROE) determine where, when and how force will be used.

St. Germain recorded his version of The Secret for health, wealth and long life in his legendary TRIANGLE BOOK, and apparently made copies for his closest circle of initiates. But it seems the entire secret was never entrusted to a single individual, as the copies of the book are curiously not identical, containing different illustrations. We might deduce that to properly work the formulae in the book, one required the Emblems and Sigils it described. Is this why Manly Palmer Hall possessed two copies of the book, each with different glyphs?It begs the point, were there other copies with even more illustrations required to initiate the whole current -- to attain magical immortality? What we know is that both St. Germain and Manly Palmer Hall lived to a ripe old age and remained mentally vibrant. Can this obscure arcane text -- one of the rarest occult manuscripts -- be the secret of their longevity? The book is alleged to be Egyptian in origin. Hall can be seen with the book in a portrait, which appears as frontpiece in his Freemasonry of the Ancient Egyptians. Possibly the first time, the text translation appears publically here with the withheld 5 illustrations of the two copies. Even in the originals, it is difficult to make out the precise glyphs of the sigils, but arguably their magical potency is intact. Sigils and emblems often contain hidden meanings, since they are visual shorthand, which can be "read" for their symbolism.
